Estimator

We are hiring an Estimator to accurately estimate project costs, prepare bids, and analyze construction plans and specifications. The Estimator will review project requirements, conduct quantity take-offs, obtain material and labor quotes, and develop detailed cost estimates. Responsibilities also include preparing bid proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, proficiency in estimating software, and a thorough understanding of construction materials and methods.‍

Responsibilities:
